Booking Policy
Booking Confirmation:
Your booking is confirmed once we receive the deposit and send you a confirmation email. Please do not book your flights or other travel arrangements until your place has been confirmed.
To secure your spot on a Sea Me Smile experience, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 21 days (3 weeks) before the retreat start date.
Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted methods listed at the time of booking.
Late Payments:
If the remaining balance is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and offer the spot to someone else. The deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, but due to the nature of our retreats and limited group size, we have a clear cancellation policy:
Client Cancellations:
- The 50% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- If you cancel more than 21 days before the retreat, no further payment is required.
- If you cancel within 21 days of the retreat start date, the full balance is due and no refund will be given.
We recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, delays, medical expenses, and any unforeseen circumstances.
Sea Me Smile Cancellations:
In the rare event that we must cancel a retreat (due to insufficient bookings, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events), you will receive a full refund of all payments made. However, we are not responsible for any additional costs such as flights or personal expenses.
